1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CashAutoUAE website (cashautouae.com) and our car buying service in the United Arab Emirates. By using our website, submitting a car valuation request, or registering as a dealer, you agree to these terms.

2. About Our Service

CashAutoUAE buys used cars directly from owners across all seven Emirates. The valuation you receive after submitting our online form is a free, non-binding estimate based on the information you provide. Our final cash offer is confirmed only after a physical inspection of your vehicle and is subject to the vehicle's actual condition, documentation and market factors at that time.

3. Eligibility

By submitting a car for sale, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle, or are authorised by the legal owner to sell it, and that all information you provide about the vehicle is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

4. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information in any form you submit. You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or submit false or misleading vehicle or contact information.

5. Payment

Where we agree to purchase your vehicle, payment is made on the day you accept our final offer, by bank transfer or cash as agreed between us. If your vehicle is financed through a bank or finance company, we will coordinate directly with that institution to settle the outstanding loan amount as part of the transaction, and any balance is payable to you.

6. Dealer Registration Program

Our dealer registration is free to join. Submitting a dealer registration does not guarantee that you will be offered any specific vehicle, and we reserve the right to verify the trade license and business information you provide before activating a dealer account. We may decline or remove a dealer account at our discretion, including where information provided is found to be inaccurate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of CashAutoUAE or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our website and the valuations it provides are offered on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, CashAutoUAE is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on a preliminary online valuation, which is always subject to physical inspection before any final offer is made.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these terms or our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of our website after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
